What we collect

Email address and password (hashed, never stored in plain text) when you create an account
Planning data you create — trips, cards, activities, transport, accommodation
Error logs — technical errors that occur while using the app, to help us fix bugs

Why we collect it

Your email and password are needed to give you a personal account
Your planning data is the core of the product — we store it so you can access it across devices
Error logs help us identify and fix bugs

Where it's stored

All data is stored on servers in Stockholm, Sweden (EU) operated by Fly.io.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. To delete your account and all data, use the delete account option in the app. For other requests, email erik@planetskip.com.

Cookies

We use a single authentication token stored in your browser's local storage to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no analytics, no ads.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you by email.
